DOD is an option wherein, customer avails a limit account & serves interest on the utilized limit only.
Also, monthly drop of the limit takes place automatically & it gets zeroed at the end of tenure of DOD. This can also be availed by individual as well as the firm.
Loan Against Commercial Purchase (LCP)
For purchasing any commercial property banks & FI’s offer a wide range of option. 65 % to 75% of the market value & 90% of the registry value can be funded by the banks against an LCP transaction. There are no limitation in terms of the transaction volume basis the eligibility.
Lease Rental Discounting (LRD)

Lease rental discounting is being offered to the customer against 90% of the rentals received from the tenant. A tripartite agreement is signed by the tenant, owner & bank, and, an escrow account is opened. The rental is credited in the Escrow account & then the EMI gets deducted. Post the EMI deduction, the remaining cash out is flushed into the customer’s account linked to the Escrow account.
Other than the Lease Rental, loans are being offered against the rental received with the notarized rent agreements also with a maximum capping of loan amount 100 Lacs.
